In view of the incidents now reported, suspend the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, until the licensee successfully completes an NVQ course “The introduction to the role of a professional private hire and hackney carriage driver” or similar course approved by the City Council. |
