Councillor Clive Skelton declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in Agenda item 6 (Sheffield Teaching Hospitals – Quality Report 2012/13 – Overview), as his wife was a doctor, but chose to remain in the meeting during consideration of that item given that no material decision was to be made.

Councillor Diana Stimely declared a personal interest in relation to Agenda item 12 (Provision of Daily Living Equipment Costing Less Than £50), which was to be considered as an emergency item of business, in that she had campaigned on behalf of the Sheffield Royal Society for the Blind.
