The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No. 18/13 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |

The applicant’s representative in Case No. 67/12 had requested that consideration of the application be deferred until April, 2013. |
