Minutes:

6.1

RESOLVED: That (a) the applications now submitted for permission to develop land under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Regulations made thereunder and for consent under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1989, be decided, granted or refused as stated in the report to this Committee for this date, and as amended in the minutes of this meeting, and the requisite notices issued; the granting of any permission or consent shall not constitute approval, permission or consent by this Committee or the Council for any other purpose;

 

 

(b) an application for planning permission for the retention of single-storey rear extension to dwellinghouse at 17 Fielder Mews (Case No. 13/00412/FUL) be refused for the reasons outlined in the report and the Director of Development Services or Head of Planning be authorised to take all necessary steps, including enforcement action and the institution of legal proceedings, if necessary, to secure the removal of the single storey extension within 4 months of the service of the enforcement notice; and

 

 

 

(c) following consideration of 4 additional letters of objection, and subject to an amendment to condition 5, as outlined in a supplementary report circulated at the meeting, and following consideration of representations from the landlady of a local Public House and the agent for the applicant at the meeting, an application for planning permission for the conversion of building to 6 x 3 bed flats (use class C4) and 4 x 2 bed flats and alterations to elevations to include new windows at Friends Meeting House, 12 Hartshead (Case No. 13/00284/FUL) be granted, conditionally, subject to the completion of a legal agreement.
