The Chair (Councillor Andrew Sangar) referred to the recent death of Councillor Janice Sidebottom who had been elected as a Councillor for the Broomhill Ward from 1999 and latterly the Fulwood Ward from 2004 and served as a Member of the South West Community Assembly. A minute silence was observed in memory of her. |
