In response to a question from Mike Simpkin, Sheffield Save Our NHS Group, regarding urgent care provision as part of the Right First Time programme, Steven Haigh, Right First Time Programme Manager, stated that a consultation process would be considered if any significant changes were proposed under the Programme and that the Committee would play an important part in considering whether consultation was required. The Chair, Councillor Mick Rooney, highlighted the need for a common understanding of what was meant by significant change. |
