Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 38/13 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The licence holder in Case No. 39/13 was unable to attend the hearing and requested that the Sub-Committee considers the case in his absence.

 

 

4.4

The applicant in Case No. 40/13 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.5

The applicant in Case No. 89/11 attended the hearing with a representative and his brother and they all addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.6
