The Chief Licensing Officer submitted a report to update and inform Members with regard to the process of publishing an Enforcement Policy specific to designated stadiums, regulated stands, other grounds, concerts, festivals and other events.  He asked the Committee to confirm his action in establishing the enforcement policy as attached at Appendix “A” to the report.

RESOLVED: That this Committee notes and endorses the action taken by the Chief Licensing Officer in establishing the Enforcement Policy now submitted.
