Councillor Martin Lawton declared a personal interest in agenda item 6 – Call-in of Cabinet Decision on Developing the Social Model of Public Health, as a Member of the Task and Finish Group on Public Health, which had developed the Social Model of Public Health within the City, which had been considered by the Cabinet at its meeting on 16^th October 2013.
