The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The applicant in Case No. 95/13 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee. |

4.3 |
The licence holder in Case No. 96/13 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. Also in attendance were two complainants representing Owlerton Stadium and Napoleon’s Casino. |
