Councillor Neale Gibson declared a personal interest in agenda item 5 (Licensing Act 2003 – Fancie Canteen and Deli, 359-361 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8PF) as he was familiar with the applicant through his business dealings. Councillor Gibson stated that his familiarity with the applicant was not sufficient to prevent him from taking part in the hearing.
