Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 38/13 did not attend the hearing.

 

 

4.3

The licence holder in Case No. 13/14 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

Revoke the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 as the Sub-Committee considers that, in the light of the number and nature of the offences and convictions now reported, and the responses to the questions raised, the licence holder is not a fit and proper person to hold a licence.
