Application for a first Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence

30/14

Application for a new Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence

(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of six months in view of the offences and convictions now reported, (b) the applicant be requested to provide a monthly drugs test result to the Licensing Service and (c) after six months the applicant is requested to return to a Sub-Committee hearing to consider his licence renewal.
