The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 30^th July 2014, were approved as a correct record, with the exception of (a) the list of Members present, which was amended by the addition of Councillor Joe Otten and (b) Item 1 – Apologies for Absence, which was amended by the addition of Councillor Helen Mirfin-Boukouris.
