To approve the minutes of (a) the special meeting of the Committee held on 28^th August, 2014 and (b) the meeting of the Committee held on 10^th September, 2014

4.1	28^th August 2014

	The minutes of the special meeting of the Committee held on 28^th August 2014, were approved as a correct record.

4.2	10^th September 2014

	The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 10^th September 2014, were approved as a correct record and, arising therefrom, Matthew Borland, Policy and Improvement Officer, reported that, in connection with the Committee’s Work Programme 2014/15, (a) he had circulated an updated copy of the Programme to Members and (b) further to a Notice of Motion at the Council meeting on 1^st October 2014, Air Quality would now be added to the Programme.
