(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of three months in the light of the offences and convictions now reported and, on the first renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a six month licence, on the second renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a nine month licence, on the third renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a 12 month licence and, on any subsequent renewals, an 18 month licence, subject to there being no further cause for concern and (b) the applicant be given a written warning in terms of his future conduct, to remain valid for a period of nine months. |
