The minutes of the meeting held on 12 November 2014 were approved as a correct record subject to amendments to paragraph 5.7 to replace the word ‘king’ with ‘kind ‘and the word ‘of’ with ‘in’ in the second sentence to read ‘The Council would work with Fields in Trust and the British Legion in relation to a commemoration event and there would be a plaque of some kind installed.’
