01/03/2018 - Proposal for a Highway Scheme at the junction of Moss Way and Birley Spa Lane

(i) That the scheme shown in Appendix A of the report be implemented;

 

(ii) that the Speed Limit Order shown in Appendix B of the report be made; and

 

(iii) that the trees and other affected vegetation shown in Appendix D of the report be replaced as set out in the report at paragraph.3.5.
