That (1) the tender of MSP Construction Ltd in the sum of £27,771.75 is accepted; and

(2) A Letter of Acceptance is issued accordingly.

Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or his nominee under the authority delegated by Cabinet on 22.03.19.
