That (1) the tender of T H Michaels Ltd in the sum of £158,799.75 is accepted; and

(2) A Letter of Acceptance is issued accordingly.

Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or his nominee under the authority delegated by Co-operative Executive on 21.07.21.
