Issue - decisions

That (1) the combined SYMCA tender of EB Charging Ltd in the sum of £860,136.70is accepted; and

(2) A Letter of Acceptance is issued by the lead procuring authority accordingly.

Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or her nominee under the authority delegated by Cooperative Executive on 16.03.22.
