09/05/2022 - Procurement of Vehicle Telematics and Job Scheduling software to support services within Place Portfolio ref: 3115    Recommendations Approved

The Place Portfolio currently use the software as an all-in-line solution to provide the following functionality:

:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Job Scheduling
  • Customer job bookings
  • Mobile Working
  • Telematics (Vehicle tracking and monitoring)

 

The purpose of this report is to seek authority to procure a new contract as the current contract ends 31.03.2022

 

Approval is sought to contract via the Crown Commercial Services framework Vehicle Telematics Hardware and Software Solutions RM6143 and seek delegated authority to award the contract.

 

The current commercial arrangements terminate on 31.03.2022 therefore a new contract is required to ensure continuity of service delivery.

25/04/2022 - Review of Non-Domestic Rates (Business Rates) Discretionary Relief Policy ref: 3113    Recommendations Approved

The purpose of this report is to note the acceptance of the funding made available to establish a Covid-19 Additional Relief Fund (CARF) scheme and amend the Council’s Non-Domestic Rates (Business Rates) Discretionary Relief Policy. The policy will be amended to include the extension of existing reliefs and the adoption of a new relief.

2.    Approves that the Council notes the acceptance of the level of funding being made available in relation to CARF in order to establish and administer the CARF Scheme.

04/05/2022 - Month 12 Capital Approvals 2021-22 ref: 3112    Recommendations Approved

Decisions to include new items and vary existing budgets in the Capital Programme are required to maintain delivery of the Programme.

 

The report will provide details of the additions and variations to the Capital Programme for approval by the Leader of the Council, alongside details of procurement strategies and any capital grants for acceptance or issue.
