The report updates Cabinet on the creation of a pooled health and care budget between Sheffield City Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group.

 

The report seeks Cabinet’s support for ambitious plans to better join up the work of the Clinical Commissioning Group and Sheffield City Council so that our pooled health and care budgets can be used to commission better, more joined-up health and care services that help more people stay independent, safe and well.
