Sheffield’s Commissioning Strategy for people with a learning disability and their families (2015-18) set out the intention to put frameworks in place to stimulate a more diverse, person centred and outcomes focussed offer of support that provides best value for Sheffield.
The report will set out the purpose, scope, process and timescales for establishing a Framework Agreement and preferred provider list for day opportunities and short breaks services for adults with a learning disability.
