Procurement of Translation and Interpretation Service

 

 

As a Public Authority we have legal responsibilities to ensure that residents can access our services. Those who have difficulty communicating in English may need help through translation and interpretation

 

The Council currently has a Contract for the provision of translation and interpretation services with an external contractor. This contract ends on 31 August 2016.

 

To ensure continuity of service provision, it is proposed that work is undertaken to procure a new contract with an external supplier for translation and interpretation services.
