Lifelong Learning Skills and Communities receives an annual grant from the Skills Funding Agency. A proportion of this is commissioned to third sector providers to deliver adult and learning in their communities.
The life span of the current commissioning framework has now come to an end therefore a new framework is required for the 2017/2018 academic year. This is a legal requirement.
