Green City Strategy

The Council has developed a Green City Strategy, which takes forward the five Objectives approved at Cabinet last year.  We will be seeking views and support from across our city.

Consultation will enable us to develop a city-wide approach, recognising that we need the support of residents, businesses and organisations across the city in order to successfully deliver the proposed measures set out in the Strategy.

A set of key priorities and associated actions are proposed which will enable the Council and its partners to adopt approaches which promote and support a lower carbon economy, greater resilience to climate change and cleaner growth.
