Blue Badge Policy Update - to incorporate people with hidden disabilities

 

 

To update the Policy to (a) incorporate applications from people with hidden disabilities,following updated guidance from the Department for Transport and (b) cease the default requirement for permanent withdrawal of a Blue Badge following prosecution.
