Month 12 Capital Approvals 2021-22

Decisions to include new items and vary existing budgets in the Capital Programme are required to maintain delivery of the Programme.

 

The report will provide details of the additions and variations to the Capital Programme for approval by the Leader of the Council, alongside details of procurement strategies and any capital grants for acceptance or issue.

Reason for urgency:
The transition to the Committee System of governance has led to the cancellation of the Co-operative Executive Meeting scheduled for mid-May 2022. However, these approvals are required to maintain delivery of the Capital Programme.
