The Road Safety Action Plan was approved by the Transport, Regeneration and Climate Committee in March 2024. One of the actions listed in the plan was to:
· Review 20mph area policy and update where necessary.
A review of the 20mph policy and criteria for introducing sign only 20mph schemes in Sheffield has been completed and this report details the findings and proposed changes to the current policy going forward.
