Phillimore Community Primary School pupils currently have no access to green space within their school grounds and the school have requested permission to lease the pitch area of Phillimore Park adjacent to the school, to allow their pupils to access green space.

The proposal for the school to lease the pitch would include fencing the pitch area to enable sole use by the school community within school hours. The school would manage the club and community use of the pitch outside of school hours, with the school taking responsibility for managing and maintaining the pitch area.
