(a) The Chief Executive to (i) inform the Cabinet of any items called

in for scrutiny since the last meeting of the Cabinet and (ii) report that the Children, Young People and Family Support Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee had, at its meeting on 24^th January, 2013, scrutinised the Cabinet decision of 12^th December, 2012 relating to Home to School Transport and had agreed to take no action on the Cabinet decision.

(b) Report of the Children, Young People and Family Support Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee on the outcome of that Committee’s scrutiny of the Cabinet decision of 12^th December, 2012 relating to the Redesign of the Early Years Service.
